August Chai-Lites: Generations Coming Together
This August, we are celebrating L’dor V’dor: from generation to generation, and the traditions, values and connections carried forward through our community.
That spirit comes to life at the Toronto 2026 JCC Maccabi Games® & Access, where athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, Host Families and young participants will come together to create memories that will inspire generations to come.
Throughout the month, the JCC continues to bring people of every age and stage together through arts, music, movement, learning and celebration.

We are just days away from welcoming Jewish teens from around the world to Toronto for an extraordinary week of sport, friendship, Jewish pride and community connection. |

As a reminder, the Schwartz/Reisman Centre will be closed to members and public access from Sunday, August 2 - Thursday, August 6, and will reopen for regular operations on Friday, August 7.
The Prosserman JCC will remain open and available to SRC members throughout the temporary closure. Additional programs and group fitness classes have also been added to help members stay active and connected during the week.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility and support as we come together to create a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for athletes, families and our entire community. |
